Terms and Conditions

1: Introduction

Purpose of the Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Maniee Event Center! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines that govern the use of our facilities and services. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties. Our aim is to provide clarity on what you can expect from us and what we expect from you, fostering mutual trust and understanding.

Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers, clients, and guests who book or use Maniee Event Center’s venue and services. They cover every aspect of your interaction with us, including venue rental, additional services, payments, and guest conduct. Whether you’re hosting a wedding, corporate event, or birthday party, these guidelines ensure consistency and fairness in how we operate.

By using Maniee Event Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2: Booking Policies

Advance Booking Requirements

To ensure availability and adequate preparation, we recommend booking the venue at least 30 days in advance of your event date. For larger or more complex events, such as weddings or corporate conferences, we suggest a lead time of 60 days or more. Last-minute bookings (less than 14 days) may be accommodated based on availability but could incur additional charges.

Minimum and Maximum Duration for Events

  • Maximum Duration: Events may last up to 12 hours, depending on the package selected and prior arrangements. Extensions beyond the agreed duration are subject to additional fees and must be requested at least 48 hours before the event.

Confirmation and Payment Deadlines

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days before the event date.
  • Failure to Meet Deadlines: If payments are not completed within the stipulated time, the booking may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

Adherence to these policies ensures seamless planning and execution of your event while allowing us to deliver the best possible experience.

3: Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

We prioritize secure and convenient payment methods to facilitate your transactions. The following are accepted:

  • Bank Transfers: Payments must be made directly to our designated account, with proof of payment (transaction ID or receipt) emailed or presented for confirmation.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Transactions are secured and accepted both online and in person at our office. Any charges related to card payments, such as service fees, will be disclosed in advance.
  • Cash Payments: Cash payments are accepted only at our office and must be completed during office hours. Receipts will be provided immediately.

Important: All payments should be made directly to Maniee Event Center’s verified accounts. We are not liable for payments made to unauthorized third parties.

Deposit Requirements and Final Payment Deadlines

  • Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and ensures your date and resources are reserved.
  • Final Payment Deadline: The remaining balance must be cleared no later than 7 days before the event. Late payments may attract a 10% penalty fee or lead to booking cancellation.
  • Payment Documentation: Customers must provide payment receipts or proof of transaction for every payment made.

Refund and Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellations by the Client:
    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit).
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for refunds.
  • Cancellations by Maniee Event Center:
    • In cases where cancellations are unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, clients will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
    • We will also offer clients the option to reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy: If the client fails to show up on the scheduled event date without prior notification, all payments will be forfeited.
